Provides HSEQ administration support across the business, including system support, reporting, and compliance coordination.

THE ROLE

  • Provide support and ongoing maintenance of HSE Online Management Systems (INX and Hammertech) to internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete, update and maintain client online pre-qualification portals
  • Support tender submissions with completion of HSEQ questionnaires and responses
  • Assist with reporting functions, including monthly and ad hoc reports, statistical reports, OFSC Bi-annual reports
  • Monitor and maintain tracking of Key Performance Indicators and other statistical data
  • Assist in the development HSEQ awareness training such as toolbox topics, awareness campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide HSEQ Administrative support for HSEQ Managers

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Desirable - experience in Hammertech or INX
