Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused administrator to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support to the HSEQ function, ensuring that records, registers, and compliance documentation are accurately maintained.

This is not a coordinator or advisory role – it is a hands-on administration position that requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update training records, safety documentation, audit results, and compliance registers
  • Prepare and format reports, meeting agendas, incident summaries, and communications
  • Track expiry dates for licenses, training, and certifications — and issue reminders
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in safety management systems and spreadsheets
  • File and manage documentation related to audits, inspections, and incident reports
  • Book training, assist with document control, and reception overflow as needed
  • Provide prompt and professional administrative assistance to the HSEQ and wider team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in an administration role (e.g. safety admin, compliance admin, office admin)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information
