Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Administrator to join our team. As an HSEQ Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Technical (HSEQT) systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare reports on HSEQT metrics using data from various systems. You will also be responsible for administering the controlled document system on SharePoint, maintaining the HSEQT system, and providing basic training on our safety system.

In addition, you will assist with tender development and provide documentation related to our systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports on HSEQT metrics using data from various systems
  • Administer the controlled document system on SharePoint
  • Maintain the HSEQT system
  • Provide basic training on our safety system
  • Assist with tender development and provide documentation related to our systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • High attention to detail
  • SharePoint experience highly regarded
