This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving forward media strategy, planning, innovation and measurement. You'll identify key audience groups, develop market insights, run £50m+ media budget, lead agency relationships and work collaboratively with teams across the business. You'll also take an active role in the Marketing Strategy and Planning process.

What you'll do:
- Lead the media team to develop integrated campaign plans and quarterly & annual media strategies, to drive NOW brand, consideration, and response.- Collaborate across teams to plan and deliver compelling campaigns (including marketing, strategy, social, digital, devices and trading).- Champion innovation to amplify campaigns and identify new media partners for NOW.- Lead media strategy for Devices (eg LG, Amazon, Apple, Samsung, Playstation) and work closely with marketing planning team to set overall brand direction.- Lead the agency relationships with our media, modelling and audit partners: overseeing contractual commitments, and fostering a motivated team environment.- Drive incremental value from media spend through negotiating partnership deals & working alongside Sky group.- Challenge the status quo and explore new opportunities to deliver best in class thinking.

What you'll bring:
- 10+ years working in a media agency/owner, or media specialist role.- Experience in owning and developing media strategy which directly impact brand and business objectives.- Confidence in managing and influencing senior partners - strong presentation skills are key (written and verbal).- A self-starter with consistent track record to thrive in a fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines across multiple projects.- Desire to lead and nurture success and development of a team.

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
