
Sales Business Growth Manager

As a Sales Performance Controller, you will be part of a leading media and entertainment brand, serving millions of customers across six countries. This is an exciting place to work, where you can be proud to be yourself.
The Independent Sales function is where you'll sit, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing a team of three, developing and implementing the Independent Sales Strategy for Sky Business TV, creating new initiatives and sales tools that unlock business growth, retain customers, and support sales teams in both the field and contact centre. You'll also provide analysis and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and growth across the business.
- Proactively recommending changes that enhance sales processes, operating models, and drive efficiency and incremental revenue
- Supervising weekly Indies performance vs. plan according to key KPIs, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities, and supporting future forecasting
- Regularly reviewing performance vs. plan, providing future forecasts, and working with HODs to ensure mitigation plans are in place to deliver results
- Custodian of key analysis and insight activity across the sales function, recommending ways to improve sales performance
- Leading planning and implementation of quarterly Sales Strategies, collaborating with Heads of Field, Contact Centre, Marketing, and Finance to drive revenue growth through various activities
- Reviewing and optimising internal data to increase efficiency, working closely with the data team
- Leading sales enablement by delivering key requirements such as incentive schemes, offer usage, and campaign planning and tracking to drive effective sales performance
- Supporting sales teams with insights and tools to drive YoY Revenue Growth
- Delivering sales campaigns that unlock revenue opportunities across the wider business
- Leading the team to excel in all aspects of sales effectiveness and performance while governing key performance areas such as offer usage
