Sky Creative are looking for a new Head of Production to lead on Sky's biggest and most important shoot campaigns In this senior leadership role, you'll be managing fully multi-discipline production teams which service the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe.

What you'll do:

- Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams to ensure productions are running smoothly and suggesting ways of adapting the process to provide greater efficiency across Europe.
- Work closely with the Group ECD to push the quality of the work we produce and present the right production information to senior partners, at appropriate times.
- Use an extensive black book to assist Creative Directors and ECDs in achieving their creative vision on a number of concepts / scripts and providing extensive advice on budget vs idea.
- Hire new talent where necessary.
- Be accountable for production spend.
- Maintaining relationships with our production partners within the UK and Europe.

What you'll bring:

- 10 years' experience either as an Executive Producer, Head of Production at an Agency, Production Company or Broadcaster
- A body of work comprising all stages and scales of production from small, in camera shoots to multi-location, large cast (including celebrity work).
- Postproduction experience.
- Ability to negotiate with 3rd party suppliers.
- Established relationships with external suppliers, in particular Directors, Photographers, Production Companies, Agents and Post Houses.
- Confidence in Senior Partners and Senior Management Team situations.
- Ability to present confidently and lucidly to large audiences, including Senior Marketeers.
