Overview
A unique opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in Savills' Brisbane CBD. This role will see you responsible for administration support across the Commercial Sales team in Queensland. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised administration professional ready to bring their exceptional skills to a dynamic role and take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and quality high level administrative support for the Director and Commercial Sales Agents
Create and Manage Sale & Marketing fees, code supplier invoices
Manage campaign budget allocations
CRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to date
Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
Coordinate third party suppliers such as trades, photographers, stylists and other services for properties and projects
Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and campaign updates
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding sale deposits, deposit releases and settlement confirmations
Maintain Revenue Forecast reporting and Debtor Management
Other ad hoc tasks such as file management, document control and travel bookings
Qualifications
Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support role
Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential
Experience across creating POs, invoicing and basic reconciliations preferred
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise depending on workload
