About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administrator to join the Valuation & Advisory Division in QLD and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Based in the Brisbane CBD, the Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Being pro-active, organised, and meticulous attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team. This role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator and grow within a successful company.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide timely, quality administrative services, including electronic filing, typing of general correspondence, copying, archiving, emailing and maintenance of registers/databases
- Registering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocols
- Preparing and formatting Valuation reports to a high standard
- Responding to client enquiries on behalf of Valuers
- Responsible for administration duties of Bank Valuation platforms on behalf of Valuers
- Preparing and issuing tax invoices and purchase orders
- Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processes
- Responsible for supporting multiple team members
- Undertaking tasks on behalf of the Director and assisting other Administrators as required
What Sets You Apart
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Real Estate or Valuation experience ideal but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
