Overview

A unique opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in Savills' Brisbane CBD. This role will see you responsible for administration support across the Commercial Sales team in Queensland. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised administration professional ready to bring their exceptional skills to a dynamic role and take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and quality high level administrative support for the Director and Commercial Sales Agents
  • Create and Manage Sale & Marketing fees, code supplier invoices
  • Manage campaign budget allocations
  • CRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to date
  • Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
  • Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
  • Coordinate third party suppliers such as trades, photographers, stylists and other services for properties and projects
  • Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and campaign updates
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding sale deposits, deposit releases and settlement confirmations
  • Maintain Revenue Forecast reporting and Debtor Management
  • Other ad hoc tasks such as file management, document control and travel bookings
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support role
  • Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential
  • Experience across creating POs, invoicing and basic reconciliations preferred
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise depending on workload
