About the Role

This is a newly available opportunity for a Team Administrator & Marketing Assistant. You'll provide critical administrative support to a busy team while also assisting with marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documents, correspondence, and managing mail
  • Coordinating workflow, travel, and event logistics
  • Supporting proposals, fee management, and client database updates
  • Monitoring inboxes and drafting communications
  • Drafting LinkedIn posts and supporting marketing initiatives (including social media and podcasts)
  • Collaborating on Canva designs and other desktop publishing tasks
  • General administration support such as timesheets, filing, and reception relief

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, balancing traditional admin duties with opportunities to get creative in marketing.
