The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer proficient in Learning Management Systems.
We are an Organisational Development team with a broad scope.
We service our organisation by providing learning and development on broad organisational topics.
We deliver a range of projects that support and drive the organisation's culture and capability to be more inclusive, professional, and future-proof.
As an OD Administration Officer, you will support your team, collaborate on service delivery, and ensure the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (Workday), ensuring a positive experience for our users across the organisation.
Reporting to the OD Unit Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the OD team.
About You
To succeed, you should have exceptional administrative and communication skills, the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders at all levels, a genuine interest in learning and development, and experience with eLearning systems (minimum 12 months).
You are highly organized, with excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, positive approach.
You are also a team player.
