We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our team in the role of Facilities Administrator.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and allocate helpdesk requests to contractors and facilities managers
- Monitor progress of open work orders to ensure timely completion
- Review and escalate non-compliance of safety management systems
- Manage contractor compliance documents and track key milestones
- Upload and maintain essential risk and operational documents
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communication with a proactive attitude
- Interest in property or facilities management
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Proficient in digital systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible hybrid working to support work/life balance
