Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Organisational Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and development, and has excellent administrative and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the OD team. They will work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels, and have a genuine interest in learning and development.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week, and the salary is competitive. We offer flexible working arrangements, and a positive and inclusive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Exceptional administrative and communication skills
- Able to build rapport with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Genuine interest in learning and development
- Experience with eLearning systems (minimum 12 months)
