
Organisational Development Specialist

The role of the Organisational Development Specialist is a crucial one, encompassing various responsibilities that drive organisational change and development. In this capacity, the individual will play a key role in shifting the company's approach towards a Centre of Excellence for Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training content and programmes to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a sustainable and scalable learning approach across the organisation.
- Serve as the system administrator for the My Learning platform and ensure its seamless integration into the organisational structure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Adult Education, or Organisational Development.
- Superior consulting skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
- Experience with Easy Generator for content creation is highly desirable.
