Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fractional Head of Partnerships to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will identify and secure high-impact partnerships that accelerate brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute scalable partner programs across various channels, including resellers, affiliates, and co-marketing initiatives.
Negotiate win-win deals, ensuring commercial terms align with long-term growth plans.
Serve as the bridge between partnerships, marketing, and sales teams, fostering alignment and driving revenue growth.
Advise on partnership KPIs, attribution, and revenue contribution, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development leadership.
Proven ability to create and scale high-impact partnerships driving revenue and brand growth.
Strong expertise in ecosystem building, partner strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing strategic alliances, reseller programs, and channel partnerships.
Skilled at leveraging networks to unlock new distribution, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
