**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Ongoing management of partner related activity across the Coles and Viva portfolios.
- Develop and deliver Flybuys activations including campaign setup and implementation, brief development and post campaign reviews.
- Responsible for the briefing process to bring partner plans to fruition (including but not limited to insight, analytics, creative, execution, PIR, feedback into strategy).
- Support the development of 'best practice' execution, ensuring consistent customer propositions that deliver commercial outcomes.
- Work with the Partner Manager to develop new strategies to deliver enhanced customer engagement.
- Look for opportunity to review current processes to ensure optimum efficiency, minimise risk and greater service the needs of our members and partners.
- Ensure activity is delivered on time, on budget and following relevant internal processes.
- Encourage innovation across the team, never afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Understand partner profitability commercials & the levers which drive the results.
- Cultivate relationships across functions of marketing, analytics, operations and finance to deliver agreed customer outcomes.
- Support the development of the overall Partner relationship.
**Your Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or equivalent Industry experience
- Understanding of the retail or ecommerce industry & requirements and/or the loyalty landscape.
- The capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, both in the EDM and digital space.
- Ability to liaise at a range of stakeholder management levels, with strong presentation skills.
- Effective influencer and able to navigate internal and external organisations to build and leverage relationships.
- Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required.
- Excellent project management skills, well organised and detail orientated.
- Commercial awareness and financial competence with entrepreneurial drive and business savvy.
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
