Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Fractional Head of Partnerships to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will identify and secure high-impact partnerships that accelerate brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute scalable partner programs across various channels, including resellers, affiliates, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate win-win deals, ensuring commercial terms align with long-term growth plans.
- Serve as the bridge between partnerships, marketing, and sales teams, fostering alignment and driving revenue growth.
- Advise on partnership KPIs, attribution, and revenue contribution, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- 8-12+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development leadership.
- Proven ability to create and scale high-impact partnerships driving revenue and brand growth.
- Strong expertise in ecosystem building, partner strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
- Experience negotiating, structuring, and managing strategic alliances, reseller programs, and channel partnerships.
- Skilled at leveraging networks to unlock new distribution, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
- A flexible, remote work environment allowing for comfortable collaboration with executive teams.
