About the role…

This is a full-time, fully remote role for an Account Executive. The role involves securing clients for our buyer's agency, where we help everyday people find and acquire the perfect investment property. You will inform and educate prospective clients about Australia's property market and how they can build wealth through strategic property investment. You will gain an understanding of the prospect's current financial situation, existing property portfolio, financial goals and the struggles they face in building wealth. Working closely with our mortgage brokers, you will conduct a financial assessment and give the prospect clarity on their budget for investing. You will tailor investment advice based on our proven FEW Method for building a property portfolio and help the prospect understand the different types of properties suited to their current situation and goals.

As an Account Executive, you will drive the final stages of the sales process by closing deals and converting qualified leads into satisfied, long-term clients. You will manage inbound opportunities by conducting consultation calls, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering relationships that turn prospects into lifetime clients. Working closely with the sales development team and the fulfilment team, you'll ensure a seamless handoff from lead qualification to contract signing. Your core focus will be maintaining an active pipeline, surpassing sales targets, and contributing to the company's ongoing growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a pipeline of qualified leads provided by the SDR team.
  • Conducting consultations and delivering product & service demonstrations to align IPG's solutions with each client's needs.
  • Collaborating with marketing and property strategists to drive continuous improvement of IPG's offerings and adapt to the evolving property market.
  • Educating prospects about the Australian property market and successfully overcoming objections to secure contracts.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities and client communications.
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales targets.

What should you bring to the table?

  • Proven experience in a sales closing role, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar position.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the Australian real estate industry and property investment is an advantage.

Remuneration Package:
$168,000 OTE + Residual Comms
