The Role
Join Levande as a Contract Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for residents entering and exiting our villages. You'll work closely with legal documents, policies, and stakeholders while offering empathetic support to residents and their families. Your legal or conveyancing expertise will ensure contracts are handled accurately and efficiently, contributing to the positive experience Levande is known for.
**Your Impact**:

- Coordinate Resident Journeys: Manage the legal and financial paperwork for residents entering or leaving our villages.
- Contracts Expertise: Prepare, review, and facilitate the exchange of incoming resident contracts.
- Accurate Calculations: Use contracts, policies, and legislation to provide accurate refund estimates and calculations.
- Compassionate Communication: Engage with residents and their families, providing clear guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Facilitate Settlements: Oversee settlements, payouts, and ensure timely payments to deliver a smooth process.
