Program Contract Management Specialist Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide effective planning and coordination for the management of program contracts within a Victorian Public Sector agency.

About the Role

This specialist will work closely with program leaders and vendors to ensure successful contract management and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating contract management from drafting to ongoing tracking for Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Establishing and driving set processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Providing proactive planning and support to program leaders and vendors.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in large programs or PMO environments as a coordinator or administrator.
  • Significant experience in contract management, including negotiation and tracking.
  • Knowledge of program governance, risks, budget/financials, schedule, scope, and dependencies.
