This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented coordinators with strong stakeholder skills to step into a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contract performance through tracking patrol data, KPIs, and compliance, as well as supporting subcontractor management, liaising with clients and internal teams, overseeing resourcing needs, and responding to client requests.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong coordination, communication, and administrative experience, excellent relationship-building skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

You will also need to be confident working with data, reporting systems, and subcontractor workflows, resilient and proactive, able to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate contract performance through tracking patrol data, KPIs, and compliance
  • Support subcontractor management - performance monitoring, approvals, invoicing, and payments
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, schedule patrols, and meet reporting obligations
  • Oversee resourcing needs including rosters, overtime, leave balances, and recruitment coordination
  • Respond to client requests and ensure all service incidents are followed up
Requirements:
