We have an opening in our Service team for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to provide excellent customer service to our corporate clients by coordinating resolutions for their service calls. This role will be based in our Clayton Operation.
- Responding and initiating service requests aligned to customer SLAs
- Allocating service resources as required
- Creating "AVcare" tickets in our ticketing platform
- Creating reports in a timely manner as required
- Performing daily checks of ticket reports to identify further steps and escalations
- Preparing invoicing of completed tickets
- Lodging all incoming service tickets
- Ensuring there is constant communication with clients on ticket status and progress
- Coordinating service ticket resolution process between Service Technicians
- Daily organisation and management of the Service calendar/timeline.
The individual we are looking for must have administration experience combined with a solid technical aptitude. You must be a confident written and verbal communicator with excellent customer service skills.
