Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with individuals and families in a recovery-oriented care framework.
This full-time position is part of our Mobile Support and Treatment service, working collaboratively with consumers, carers/families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have postgraduate studies in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-standard holistic care and support to individuals and families.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with consumers, carers/families, and other stakeholders.
- Develop skills in intensive case management/care coordination.
- Postgraduate studies in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric nursing program;
- Excellent engagement, relationship, and therapeutic skills;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Interest in developing skills in intensive case management/care coordination;
- Knowledge of evidence-based best practice in psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery.
