Key Responsibilities:

This role requires the management of in-home care services, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to clients while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or higher qualification and possess knowledge of the aged care industry and community in-home care. They must be able to establish effective communication and harmonious working relationships with staff, carers, and administrative teams.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of carers
  • Coordinate client-related activities within the service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or higher qualification
  • Knowledge of the aged care industry and community in-home care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
