**Your key role will see you**:

- Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.

**You will have**:

- 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in hotel reservations or travel
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Micros Fidelio Opera Reservations or Property Management System and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of hotels and resorts, their services, and facilities (preferred)
- To be eligible to work at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia you will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
