Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.
- This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations._

We are seeking a customer focused front office / reservations professional with high attention to detail and effective communications skills to join our Voyages Travel Centre Team as Reservations Specialist. This role will see you support the reservations process and other service issues for guests, trade partners and/or internal stakeholders, by providing high-quality customer service, accurate data entry and efficient processing of administrative tasks.

**_Key duties:_**
- Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.

**_To be successful for this role you will have:_**
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer service role in hotel front office, reservations or travel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Outlook
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and/or other Hotel Front Office Systems (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of hotels and resorts, their services, and facilities
