The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales consultants
Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
B2B sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
Defining new strategies and opportunities for potentially new customers
Effectively collaborate with management and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients
CRM data management for effective lead generation
About You
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment
Analytical and strategic thinking to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions
Proactive, personable, and highly motivated
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
