Good Drinks Australia is seeking a dedicated and driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our Customer Experience Centre team at the QLD Office. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience through proactive outreach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls to promote Good Drinks Australia's products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and effectively communicating product features and benefits to meet customer needs.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
