Good Drinks Australia is seeking a dedicated and driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our Customer Experience Centre team at the QLD Office. As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience through proactive outreach.
Responsibilities- Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls to promote Good Drinks Australia"s products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Identifying sales opportunities and effectively communicating product features and benefits to meet customer needs.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Adept at building rapport with customers over the phone
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience using CRM software is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
