We're currently expanding our outreach and are seeking a proactive, target-driven **Outbound Sales Representative** to join our corporate sales team.

**Position Summary**:
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their cleaning needs, and presenting tailored service packages that highlight our value proposition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients across a range of industries.
- Set appointments and close deals with decision-makers responsible for facility management.
- Identify and qualify leads based on commercial cleaning requirements and site specifications.
- Manage your call schedule, including follow-ups, call-backs, and pipeline opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets.
- Research and source new prospects using both internal databases and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in **Zoho CRM**.
- Deliver clear, confident presentations of our services, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points.
- Collaborate with operations and account managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation—ideally within the cleaning, facilities, or service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with **Zoho CRM** or similar sales platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with clear performance expectations.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and confidently present solutions.
- Strong listening skills and a consultative sales approach.
