The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales consultants
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
  • B2B Sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
  • KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
  • Defining new strategies and opportunities for potentially new customers
  • Effectively collaborate with management and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
  • CRM data management for effective lead generation
ABOUT YOU

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment
  • Analytical and strategic thinking to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate your team
  • Pro-active, personable, and highly motivated
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
