The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound sales consultants
- Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance
- B2B sales, generating revenue from SME businesses
- KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met
- Defining new strategies and opportunities for potentially new customers
- Effectively collaborate with management and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients
- CRM data management for effective lead generation
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience managing a team in an outbound call centre environment
- Analytical and strategic thinking to develop sales strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive, personable, and highly motivated
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
