We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Territory Account Manager** t**o join our Victorian Sales Team on a full-time permanent basis reporting to the **Sales Operations Manager.**

**About the Role**
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets within assigned territory. (Territory covers West Melbourne, Western and North Western Victoria)
- Is a key member of the sales team and works closely with peers / managers and supports a team culture.
- Educate our customers on new products from a technical and selling perspective.
- Conduct in store stock replenishment and range reviews.
- Ensure in store point of sale, displays, branding is up to date and displayed in a consistent and professional manner.
- Execute sales and marketing initiative within the assigned territory.
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Liaise with the Customer Service and Service Teams on a regular basis.
- Attend Trade Shows and events in your Territory. Actively engaging with the general public at these events, promoting GME products and being a brand ambassador.
- Accurate and timely utilisation of SalesForce.
- Works autonomously, however, has support of other VIC sales team member and the broader sales team.
- Some travel required. Mostly with the territory, some interstate travel may be required to attend sales team meetings in Head Office.
- Any other duties as directed.

**About You**:

- Preferably 3 -5 years experience in a similar role in sales, business development and / or account management.
- Enjoys dealing with customers face to face and building strong, lasting professional relationships.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness, building beneficial partnerships with dealers and other customers.
- Is a self starter, that enjoys managing their own time. Able to demonstrate the ability to manage time, meet call plans, and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in using a CRM such as SalesForce or similar.
- Comfortable using laptops and using ERP systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Is familiar with virtual meeting technology and happy to join virtual team meetings on a regular basis.
- Holds a current unrestricted Drivers' license and can demonstrate a safe driving record.
- Has a passion for sales.
