Territory Sales Manager - CSD
Our client is a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention.
Are you a results-driven sales professional passionate about building lasting customer relationships? Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within a defined geographic area. In this role, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive new business growth for our medical device portfolio. You'll play a key role in aligning sales initiatives with the company's broader strategic goals, helping to deliver both exceptional customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field sales activity and represent the full product portfolio within your territory
- Drive new account acquisition through proactive customer engagement
- Support existing customers with product education, consultation, and follow-up
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Keep accurate records in the company CRM and report on pipeline and forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Teams
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and training as required
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of business-to-business sales experience (medical device experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
