The ideal candidate will be a driven and customer-focused professional who can foster and maintain strong relationships with primary school educators in their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and continue growing existing relationships within the designated territory
- Develop leads based on market feedback and insights
- Ensure effective communication with new clients to drive them towards closure
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Negotiate and collaborate to achieve win-win outcomes with potential clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous face-to-face or business-to-business sales experience
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
