Job Title: Territory Development Representative

The ideal candidate will be a driven and customer-focused professional who can foster and maintain strong relationships with primary school educators in their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and continue growing existing relationships within the designated territory
  • Develop leads based on market feedback and insights
  • Ensure effective communication with new clients to drive them towards closure
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Negotiate and collaborate to achieve win-win outcomes with potential clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous face-to-face or business-to-business sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
