Come and join RSM Lining Supplies as we revolutionise CIPP for the plumbing and utility industries

We are looking for experienced sales reps and/or plumbing and relining industry reps who want to transition into sales. You will be responsible for business development in Victoria, with in-state travel required, and you'll be given a high level of autonomy to shape the territory.

You'll hit the ground running with assigned accounts, and incentives based on accounts and new sales growth over the year. You'll be supported by colleagues in Melbourne and Sydney as you develop into the role.

Salary and benefits are based on your experience level and understanding of the industry we serve. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and experience, if in doubt - shoot your CV over and lets chat.

**Requirements**:

- Either sales or direct industry experience
- Able to work autonomously and excited about making the role your own
- Excited about progression and growing the territory and team
- Great attention to detail and able to understand technical concepts
- CRM literate (desirable)
- Full working rights and long term visas only, we're not in a position to sponsor at this time

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
