Sales Representative – Melbourne & Surrounds

We are a well-established industrial rental and service company, and we're expanding our presence in Melbourne and the surrounding areas. To help us grow, we're seeking a motivated Sales Representative who's not afraid to put in the effort, chase opportunities, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

This is more than just an outside sales role. From time to time, you'll roll up your sleeves, get hands-on with equipment, and even travel interstate or overseas to support the business.

As one of the first hires in our Melbourne team, you'll play a key part in shaping our growth in this region—perfect for someone who wants to make their mark in a growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Be an expert representative of our brand and an advocate for our customers
  • Grow our customer base while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships
  • Respond quickly to new enquiries and follow through with professionalism
  • Resolve customer questions or issues with a focus on service and support
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience (industrial or equipment rental experience highly regarded)
  • A current and valid driver's licence
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends depending on business needs
  • Someone who thrives in a small team environment and is ready to grow with us
