**How will you make an impact?**

As the Leadership Development & Culture Partner, you will shape the future of Hostplus by fostering engagement, leadership excellence, and continuous learning. You'll drive strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, performance, and wellbeing, ultimately enhancing the performance of our employees, enabling them to positively impact on our members

**The Opportunity**

Partner across the organisation to make a deep impact to the culture, engagement, performance and experience of the Hostplus team.

Work closely with the Executive Manager, Organisational Development, and the senior leadership team, to implement strategies and initiatives in the areas of leadership development, wellness, and employee experience and engagement.

**About You**

You have extensive experience in talent development, psychometric assessments, training, and facilitation, with advanced public speaking skills. A background in Psychology, with strong research, analytical and strategic thinking skills is essential. Some key attributes you should possess include:

- Senior-level experience in leadership development strategy design and training
- Knowledge of best practice diversity and inclusion practices
- Strong skills in employee engagement survey design and analysis
- Advanced psychometric assessment skills, particualrly for recruitment
- Registration as a psychologist, with organisational psychology endorsement highly desirable
