Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead leadership and learning initiatives within our organization. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategic approaches to leadership and capability development aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities include defining leadership frameworks, designing career pathways, managing learning strategies, and engaging stakeholders. Thought leadership on emerging trends and using data to evaluate program effectiveness are also essential for success.
