Job Description

This pivotal role involves designing and delivering impactful leadership programs that empower employees to reach new heights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organisational development initiatives, including onboarding sessions, team effectiveness programs, and professional development workshops.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Design and deliver innovative leadership development programs tailored to the needs of frontline staff and corporate leaders.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Mentor and coach talented individuals to unlock their full potential.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A natural ability to facilitate learning and development.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or similar), and/or relevant HR/OD qualifications or experience.
  • Experience in delivering leadership and development programs in corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
