Job Title: Leadership Development Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a high-performing People Leader to build leadership capability that will shape future of our iconic Australian brand. You will be responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders to design and deliver innovative leadership programs, leading team to deliver practical development initiatives, and developing leadership capability to support business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver leadership programs
- Lead team to deliver practical development initiatives aligned with strategy
- Develop and embed leadership capability to support business initiatives
- Manage external partners and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose leadership solutions
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to demonstrate measurable results
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development or organisational capability programs
- Strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in inspiring and empowering teams
- High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or related field
