Leadership Development Specialist

We are looking for a talented professional to facilitate organisational development initiatives and deliver leadership programs. Our ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging onboarding sessions, professional development workshops, and innovative leadership development programs.
- Facilitate organisational development initiatives to unlock the potential of our team members.
- Deliver leadership programs that empower our leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to co-create development solutions that align with our business needs.
- Coach and mentor our team members to help them grow professionally and personally.
You will be a natural facilitator and coach with a passion for building leadership capability. If you have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualification, and/or HR/OD experience, we would love to hear from you.
- Experience delivering leadership and development programs in corporate and operational environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse areas.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
