Leadership Development Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Professional to join our Leadership Development team as a Leadership Development Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering contemporary leadership programs that drive business outcomes.
This dynamic role requires a pragmatic and visionary professional who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery. You will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop and embed leadership capability that supports organisational performance.
In this role, you will be accountable for:
- Partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored leadership development initiatives that meet business needs
- Leading and inspiring a small, dedicated team to deliver practical and impactful development programs
- Developing and embedding leadership frameworks that support business strategy and goals
- Managing external partnerships to deliver fit-for-purpose leadership solutions
- Metricating program effectiveness and measuring ROI on leadership investments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in inspiring and empowering teams
- High-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, HR or a related field (postgraduate desirable)
