Lead Mental Health Service Delivery
This role is responsible for leading clinical services, governance and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The aim is to provide evidence-based care with a focus on recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical services and guidance to the mental health team
Develop and implement effective strategies for service improvement and growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work)
Current registration or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body
Postgraduate experience in mental health services with a strong emphasis on leadership and consultancy skills
Ability to think critically, solve problems and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
