Mental Health Clinical Leader

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to provide expert clinical services, governance, and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians within our Child and Adolescent Mental Health service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of clinical practice and patient care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration with the relevant professional body
- High level clinical and consultancy skills, as well as knowledge of contemporary child and adolescent mental health practice
- Experience in leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality patient care and services
