Lead Mental Health Service Delivery

This role is responsible for leading clinical services, governance and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The aim is to provide evidence-based care with a focus on recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical services and guidance to the mental health team
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for service improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work)
  • Current registration or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body
  • Postgraduate experience in mental health services with a strong emphasis on leadership and consultancy skills
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
