Job Title: Clinical Leader, Community Mental Health Adult
">As a clinical leader in our community mental health adult team, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical services and support to our multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. Your primary objective is to ensure the provision of evidence-based services with a focus on recovery for our consumers.

- Provide high-level clinical leadership and consultancy skills to the mental health team.">
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold standards of clinical practice.">
- Critically analyze and review relevant policies and procedures to ensure they align with contemporary mental health practice.">
- Communicate effectively with consumers, their families and carers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.">
- Maintain current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.">

What You'll Be Doing

You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes for our consumers.

- Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.">
- High-level clinical and consultancy skills and knowledge of contemporary mental health practice.">
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with consumers, their families and carers, and other stakeholders.">
- Proven ability to think critically, problem solve, and make timely, sound clinical decisions.">
- Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain.">
Selection Criteria:

- Understanding of the concept and principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery.">
- Demonstrated experience and skills using a collaborative, strengths-based approach to the care of mental health consumers.">
- Ability to critically analyze, review, and develop relevant policies and procedures.">
- Capacity to engage and collaborate with consumers, their families and carers, and other stakeholders.">
