**Clinical Leadership Opportunity**

Job Description

Clinical leaders play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of evidence-based mental health services. Their focus is on recovery and wellness, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and governance to multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with best practice guidelines and standards.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve exceptional results and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health rehabilitation and recovery approaches, applying this expertise in practice.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that support quality care and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists; or tertiary qualifications and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers; or Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health for Welfare Officers.
  • Demonstrated high-level clinical and consultancy skills with post-graduation experience in mental health services.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with consumers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
  • High computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic records systems.
