A award winning B2C Lender is looking for a superstar relationship Manager to join the Sydney team, and assist with maintaining and growing high net worth relationships.

within this phone based role, you will your strong relationship skills to truly understand the clients requirements and provide personalised finance solutions, through a combination of lending, insurance and wealth products.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a key Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and developing the customer experience, by phone based.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, whist representing the finance, insurance, and financial planning, and introduce and promote solutions that align with their financial goals.

To be successful in this role, you will;
- Have 3-5 years experience working in a relationship or Business Development roles, working with self-employed/commercial clients, understanding their needs, financial aspirations and goals.
- You have knowledge of business/commercial lending, insurance (general or life) products.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/ exceeding targets,
- Be proactive contacting customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities.
- Be driven, with a start up mentality, and want to grow you career alongside the business.
- Have exceptional communication and be able to confidentially support enquiries or leads from external referral sources.
