Client Relationship Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, you will work closely with our teams to coordinate the resources required to deliver successful campaigns.
Key responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with client stakeholders at all levels, managing campaign timelines and deadlines, and overseeing client contract setup and coordination of client meetings.
Additionally, you will develop an awareness of our clients' needs and business problems and proactively identify opportunities to engage with clients in additional business units.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Client Relationship Manager in a full-service agency and possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and problem-solve.
They will also have a knowledge and understanding of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
